The community space is fantastic for bird watching and relaxing. the included breakfast is huge and delicious. the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. the location is great as it is right in town.

Corner room with beautiful tree view. Top terrace with hammocks and stunning town and mountain views. Comfortable communal areas with hummingbird feeders.

The location is perfect, one block from downtown. Beautiful paintings on every level. Rooftop hammocks with amazing views. Clean, spacious room with balcony and hot showers. Helpful and sweet staff. Delicious, big breakfast!

I had a wonderful stay at Biohostal Mindo Cloud Forest. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the center of town. The breakfast was delicious, with a plate of fresh fruit and a choice of eggs every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the hostel had a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. I also loved the strong wifi connection throughout the hotel. I highly recommend Biohostal Mindo Cloud Forest for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and towels. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. the hotel was located in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature and plenty of birds to see right outside the window. I also enjoyed the hearty and fresh breakfast provided.

The dining area could have been better maintained, but the warm hospitality from the staff made up for it. there were occasional electric outages during rain storms which required a torch.

Nothing it is perfect.

Great service and helpful staff. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and arranged all our excursions. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Plus, the hostel was clean and quiet.

The WiFi was unreliable, especially when the hostel was busy. The shower took a while to produce hot water, which felt wasteful.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few blocks from the town square, making it convenient for exploring the area. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with comfortable beds and hot showers. the included breakfast was delicious and filling. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with information and requests.

The noise from outside, such as cars, drunken people, and animals, was a disturbance during the night.

As a backpacker, I loved the friendly staff and comfortable rooms. the hotel was clean and in a beautiful area with lots of hummingbirds and birds. the food was delicious and beautifully presented. the staff was helpful with organizing excursions and the cab driver, Giovanny, was excellent.

The constant rain and mud in Mindo can give a camping feel, so don't expect a luxury vacation.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with comfortable rooms and gorgeous mountain views from the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering more sustainable options, such as refillable shampoo dispensers instead of individually packaged ones.
